We have more than 15000 m2 facilities with different manufacturing machines. Your design can be a product with our professional in house manufacturing.
Before the real production, our product manager can support you to optimize the design for real production and cost reduction. For example, if identify that you need a smooth edge instead of an optical grade for acrylic sheet, we can choose laser cutting or high polish CNC cutting. It can avoid the final polishing process, which can reduce the failure rate and cost significantly.
How We Control Your Fabrication Quality
We will control your fabrication quality from incoming raw material inspection (IQC), in process quality control for each key process (IPQC) and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC). All inspection activities are according to your drawings and testing requirements.

How do you guarantee the quality?
We have passed ISO9001:2015 Standard. To make sure you will receive quality products. We have strictly control on IQC (Incoming Quality Control), IPQC (In Process Quality Control) and OQC (Outgoing Quality Control). We will implement the same quality management process if we need to outsource from our suppliers.

What is your departure port?
Our company usually ships goods from the nearest Guangzhou Nansha Port. If the customer has requirements for shipping from a designated port, our company will support and cooperate.

We can provide samples according to your requirements, you only need to pay the sample and courier fee.
